I'm sure the developer is complaining about how the city is requiring limestone facade, historic details, etc... but $58 Million? I don't get it.

I agree completely, honte. I've had it with TIF money going straight to the developers bottom line. TIF money is supposed to support infrastructure, not the developer's second home.
