I agree with honte's assessment, and also offer my welcome. Have you spoken to their sales staff about unit availability? It's worth pointing out that they just announced the next tower in the project (76 stories, designed by Architectonica) which would be slightly to the east of Aqua and will also be relatively unobstructed from it's north face on the upper floors.
