I was surprise as well with all the wood work on the metro but it's been done before with the Emigration court and other 7-story buildings in downtown. I'm guessing that 7-stories would have to be the limit when it comes to wood framing.
Let's hope that the condos at city creek center will get it right. I would hate to see a 32-story wood frame tower.
