Well, me and my girlfriend push a bit more then 80k a year, and we had a tough time getting a mortage for our place @ 155K. (If we were to sell this place now, we would make a half decent profit)

Mind you, we didnt have much down, and my credit wasnt the best, and we have a few vehicle loans already

I think I see the city really trying to push this for young families, and soon to be young families.
