I doubt very much the hotel component will be branded 'Breka'.
More likely they'll partner with an established Hotelier or brand to run the Hotel component.
Maybe they'll have a Breka cafe-restaurant in the podium working in concert with the hotel services as well as public-facing - and in that way stay more in their lane.
