They said Rock the Park would happen rain or shine. They didn't account for smoke. Show was cancelled half way through and everyone is pissed
The organizers didn't want to deal with refunds or schedule changes- so they kept it going despite all other outdoor activities cancelled
I think another year there was a huge thunderstorm with a tornado warning and they kept the show going
