Looks like they are also planning to construct a 2 storey parkade at the back, probably to try to alleviate some of the parking challenges in the Lord Roberts neighbourhood? 47 spots for transit employees. Would be a great filler for that block although it seems transit office would take up main floor so no opp for CRU. Ideally, this would open up development of the transit site kitty corner to the northeast for future development as well ?
