I still remember that morning in 2021 when my jaw dropped upon seeing the proposed height of 1,646 ft. The fact that 1,646 ft corresponds to just over 500 m (501.7 m to be exact) suggests that the developer is keen on breaking records. It's often said that most developers don't care about height, but this one clearly does. Thus I am cautiously optimistic that the finished product will not only include a new highest floor in the Americas (as we discussed recently) but also a new highest roof.
