Also CAQ doesn’t give a poop about Outaouais.
I suspect that the Shield rocks are actually metasedimentary not igneous (because Grenville Province is mostly metamorphic rocks), so that they’re technically easier to work with. Even then, the grades on A-50 are too steep in some parts for HSR.
