4-story apartment building added to plans for Ann Arbor riverfront development

A four-story apartment building has been added to plans for the Broadway Park West development along the Huron River in Ann Arbor.
The city’s Planning Commission voted 8-0 Tuesday night, Aug. 19, to approve the additional 22-unit building with 973-square-feet of ground-floor commercial space, within the same footprint as an originally planned one-story commercial building.
