I believe this is the only high rise of 15 storeys or more in suburban Saint John, NB.
It's really too bad this remains the tallest residential building in the scenic Kennebecasis Valley region of Greater Saint John.
Here's Brentwood Towers from further away. Looks quite tiny on the surrounding landscape.
Stunning views of the New Brunswick Highlands and Kennebecasis River, part of the Appalachian Uplands.
The view from 20 or 30 storeys up at location with prominent elevation in this area would sell themselves. I think the KV area of Saint John may have the most untapped potential for suburban high rise development in Atlantic Canada.

Here's another aerial view of the area. Not many people have these views unless they live right near the water front, or at a very prominent location. Building taller high rises could unlock these type of views for a lot more people.
Unfortunately, there remains a lot of resistance to high rise developments in Millidgeville and the broader KV region. Just recently,
the Saint John city council shot down a 6 storey proposal nearby Brentwood Towers, over height issues... which imo, was absolutely ridiculous
