Land use designation map here, too detailed to post as an image, best kept as a pdf: https://pub-newwestcity.escribemeetings.com/filestream.ashx?DocumentId=22117
Looking at the land use map, I have to admit to being disappointed. They're doing a version of the grand bargain and still mostly limiting towers to areas they already exist. Meanwhile there's a lot of SFH areas - they've even got it divided between where houses vs townhouses are allowed.

Sure there are more areas that will allow low and midrise buildings - but how many developers have been willing to build midrise? It's usually low or highrise they build.
