Back in my day and I am 73 now, I always enjoyed a trip to the Mall with the baby/toddler/child ending almost every trip with a stop at the connected grocery store to pick up a few things. Polo Park should try to repurpose The Bay location with a Farm Boy (Sobey's runs this chain in Ontario) or a Whole Foods. Both stores are unique to Winnipeg and in my view would attract shoppers to the Mall. I suggested this to Cadillac Fairview.
