BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Work on the historic Anson Building in downtown Battle Creekis almost complete. Thursday, a special open house was held to showcase all of the work that's been done inside the building located at 119 West Michigan Avenue. The building sat vacant on West Michigan Avenue for close to three decades. However, Battle Creek Unlimited, or BCU, purchased the building and installed a new roof in 2020.
