Well, we have to be realistic here.

M+M could see that 38 was pushing it for what will now be the Renaissance Marriott.

Minto owns the entire "L" formed by the Apple Tree clinic (Credit Bureau Building is its official name) and the two adjacent parking lots.

Hopefully Minto is thinking about how to develop this land and propose a couple tall (for Ottawa) and slim towers.
