I got a work email today saying that IBM closed on a deal with Karlin to lease a 3 story building at Tech Ridge for a lab. Part of this development

With the IBM 900's buildings (Uptown ATX site) moving to the Domain La Quinta redevelopment, I'm pretty sure this is the future home of the teams at the IBM 45 building inside the Domain. I'm not 100% sure since I don't work there but there have been rumors of them looking for a new site.
