I think Stade Medavie could be a good alternative to host maybe 2-3 shows per Summer.
Grabbing a few bands that are playing the Quebec Summer Festival given that they're already in Canada, so less hassle with the borders.
Or a few that are playing Bangor (given that they dont have any East Coast "exclusive" deal).
