Not sure if you're being sarcastic or not. It's at the intersection of 2 clogged and busy roads, surrounded by low-rise single family homes and a farm/field across the street and the closest retail, restaurants, grocery stores are a 2km walk away (on that busy Baseline road) to Baseline/Merivale area.
Maybe we have different definitions of awesome.
