The reason that your photos show up so massively is that you are uploading massive photos to the image hosting site (Imgur in this case). Your camera is producing 3024px x 4032px images, and this forum does not auto-scale them. UrbOttawa mentioned an easy solution, however this scales the images to just 1024px x 768px. If you want them to be a bit larger and still acceptable for most forum viewers, you can go up to 1200px or even 1600px in width, but this necessitates that you perform this image scaling before you upload to Imgur. Other image hosting sites offer more choice in the size of image you can link to, such as Flickr. See https://skyscraperpage.com/forum/showpost.php?p=9232988&postcount=1

They've added a second crane on the island.

Zibi posted a time-lapse of the new office building (and by extension, the new residential tower in Gat) on their Twitter page.

Disappointing they removed the glassed-in courtyard. I hope that this does not represent the final version of the courtyard, because it's quite disappointing compared to Chaudiere West.

Yeah i did like the glassed in courtyard in previous rendering but at the same time this could actually be what sets it apart from the one in gatineau in having nice summer patios outiside

Wondering if they are adapting the design because of Covid. As you said, this allows for a better summer patio season, and larger gatherings should the pandemic drag on for years to come.

I believe the block you're referring to is #11. Someone posted a site plan on page 41. There's also a render of what we should expect but I don't recall what page it's on. I don't think it's too far from this page.
Here's a more recent site plan - from the April 2021 One Planet Living report.

Any idea who the architect is?

Edit: Looks like it's this firm

Interesting...a grocery store on the main floor. The building seems a little bit small for that, especially since Quebec doesn't have Farm Boy.

Wow great pics. Been looking forward to new aerial shots of Zibi. Good to see Block 206/207 almost at grade. We're only a few months away from having both sides of Booth Street complete on the island.
