I believe the tallest building in the state to use concrete as it's facade treatment is the
McNamara Federal Building in

It's a real monster, which I think was the point. I still have very mixed feelings about concrete as a defining architectural characteristic of a structure. I guess it can be really impressive, but when it misses, it misses
bigly.
