Keep the Calgary pictures coming. It’s very interesting to see the impact Brookfield is having now that it is distinguishing itself.
Calgary's skyline is in the great position where a single building will make a profound change to its whole appearance. Brookfield will break through the mass of towers like Shangri-La did in Vancouver and, I'm hoping, with equal effect. It should bring the character that Calgary has had since the 70's into a new potent focus. Once again, Canadian skylines evolve in all their different ways. Next up, Edmonton.

While I find the whole rooftopping/risky photo thing a bit nuts, though the resulting images are often quite impressive, my initial reaction to this particular one was juuuust a bit more extreme. As in "Are you THAT #@*&ing stupid????"

On a down note, I'm worried about Telus Sky, not in terms of the skyline, just the visual effect of the shrinking floorplates. I think Vancouver lucked on its partner, though, I am worried about Vancouver House too, just for different reasons.
These two shots had me fooled into thinking they were from a certain city in BC. Then I saw the Bow, and that blue thing from the Ugly Canada thread. Really good pictures.
