Mosiac 2.0

This render was posted on YQR stadium build twitter page, I don't think I've seen it before but it's a great render. I'm hopefully looking forward to watching some semi pro soccer there!

The render shows 2 levels of balconies facing Confederation Park. I have not seen that before. One is in the club level and the other on the media/suite level. The GA lounge is on the main concourse (street) level.

Are you sure the GA lounge is on street level? The renderings I have seen for the GA lounge look like it has a view of the playing surface (a watchable view). But I don't really see how the street level lounge would have much of a view? - ie. looking out from the opening under the stands?
I just assumed this was a rendering of the GA lounge....is it a media/club lounge?

That is definitely not the GA lounge. That is the Club Lounge (club seating that does not have individual suites).

This is the GA Lounge - notice the sun streaming in from the big, west-facing windows:

The first image of the interior of the General Admission (GA) Lounge, located on the main concourse level of the west side of the stadium was released. The General Admission lounge features food and beverage service, multiple video screens and will serve as a gateway from Confederation Park and the plaza space to the new Mosaic Stadium

There is room upstairs and I believe that the old Saskatchewan Publishers Group space is still empty.

Sprout Catering has opened up a second location in the Viterra building. Their original location on Sask. Drive continues as well.

They have some pictures of the space on Instagram. It looks great. Plus Sprout is fantastic to begin with. https://www.instagram.com/sproutcatering/

Application to demolish Sears warehouse withdrawn
"...According to the city, the owner is looking at possibilities for the building that do not include demolition."

I've heard they have big plans, but they are contingent on big decisions by others.

No, I heard they are going to gut all the interior, put a few giant water slides up in the tower part, and then a wave pool in the warehouse part behind
