I did not make one mention of supporting the proposed design or architecture. I simply stated the land owner has a right to revise the plan.

If those migration trends keep up, they'll have to do something drastic and mind-blowing.........such as reallocate seats in Parliament!

The right perhaps, but I would instead posit a moral obligation not to shovel manure down city's throat and call it a cure for cancer.

Well known local developer?

I notice you did not say good local developer, which is as rare as fresh architectrual ideas in Edmonton.

^initial planning now I believe, not sure if UW or DC2 so i'd say we won't see much until mid 2014 earliest.... but will be great to have a tower pushing west there.

Hey everyone. New on here, I'm not very technically inclined so go easy on me.
I have been reading the forums and scrolling through the site for a while now, and I noticed the Edmonton construction thread doesn't seem up to date...in regards to the pictures of all the proposals and what not. For example, the pearl is still listed as approved. Is there someone that updates the proposals every so often? If not is there a link to all the up to date proposals? Thanks for the help, cheers

Im confused on the Procura image.

What is the relation between the tower on the left an the mess of hot shit on the right? Are they both being built, or is the one on the left being replaced by the one on the right?

Im concerned.
