Reminds me of a shorter version of Lake Point Tower. Not bad, not bad at all. Dallas is really booming.

Yeah, they added a lot of new renderings which are worth checking out. The last I heard Museum Tower is supposed to break ground sometime this summer. Has anyone heard anything different or seen any site clearing activity yet?

So far, everything is right on schedule. Won't be until 2015 where everything will be done. Unless, something else changes......

a few updates

these are just a few updates since july 24th. It is kind of strange that DFW on Spage is so dead but I guess thats because www.dallasmetropolis.com is so active.

Part of the new lighting at 1900 Mckinney. Taken by 1999McKinneyAve

Jefferson AKA West End Station. Taken by LionelHutz

The House and One Victory Park. Taken by Lionel Hutz

Ft Worth CC Hotel's parking garage.

which you can see on the left of the CC Hotel. photo taken by John T Roberts

Cotton Bowl Renovation. Taken by Rantanamo

2000 McKinney. Taken by Maconahey

Winspear Opera House. Taken by Scott Dorn.

Other, less visual, updates include...

JPI now has a significant hole for their 8 story apartment building next the Arts District

The Residences at Palomar are now looking to build an office tower on the land formerly proposed for another Condo tower

Park Lane Place has announced a potentially 20 st office tower on the only plot of land left in its development

17Seventeen McKinney (20 st) + 1700 Cedar Springs (26 St) now has a crane.

There are also many credible rumors about announcements coming soon for more office space developments.

Great to hear from DFW. I would also say that the lack of attention on this forum is due to Dallasmetropolis. Dallas-Fort Worth has alot of projects.

Good stuff. I'm liking those Uptown buildings. I hadn't really before. I think their designs are better singly. You can appreciate each building separately more than all together since they have very subtle design elements.
