This agreement helps Rienks secure the necessary financing.
Rienks said construction should begin this fall. He added it’s been a long, exciting journey and he’s pleased to see the public warm up to the project as more of its questions have been answered.
The total project cost, according to its brownfield plan, is $57.5 million.

Currently this site is completely empty. It is a fantastic sight with great views of both Lake Michigan, the St Joseph River and the St Joseph Lighthouses.
