LaSalle's Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex may be undergoing an expansion soon.

The town is considering adding a double gymnasium, a dedicated fitness/aerobic room, expanded fitness areas, a senior centre, more office space, and a longer indoor walking track.

The Town of Tecumseh and the Alzheimer Society of Windsor and Essex County have announce a proposed partnership (in principle) to develop a new, purpose-built headquarters and dementia-friendly facility for the Alzheimer Society on Town lands to the immediate north of the Tecumseh Arena.

A vacant parcel of land in Windsor will be declared surplus and put up for sale. Windsor City Council was asked on Monday to declare 673 Caron Avenue as surplus after being approached by a potential buyer.
