Under CentrePlan 2050 CentreVenture has a mandate to focus on the redevelopment of provincial or crown corporation surface parking lots for residential development. CV has engaged AtLRG Architecture and Concords Projects to develop sites and areas and pro forma models for potential redevelopment beginning with the MPI lot on Donald Street.

Works for me. Lets get it built. Hundreds of people in that area will be a boon to all the empty storefront in the area and might help Graham pull people in.
