This tower is quietly becoming my favourite UC in the city. Great lines, prominent location, jumpstarting development in an up-and-coming neighbourhood. And a good bit of height by Ottawa standards.

This building looks really clean. The black framed glass and those cloud grey panels look great together.

All they need to do at this point is NOT have and silver on the balcony. Black frame glass ideally covering the slab and fantastic. Super prominent location as well. Line 2 going to have some very nice urban eye candy going forward.

Whatever balcony railing material they choose needs to accentuate the staggered balcony slabs. Otherwise I'll be incredibly disappointed.
