This year’s 33 contenders range from small projects such as a porch renovation to larger projects such as a commercial power centre. Voting will be available from Friday October 23rd to Friday November 6th and the winner will be announced on November 25th at the Hamilton Convention Centre, during the Council meeting, and presented with their award."

Heritage Greene did do a good job. It's WAY WAY better than Centre Mall. Plus Effort Trust co-owns the land, or maybe owns the entire project? So there's a local connection and passion to not mess it up.
