A list of sites/projects receiving Housing Accelerator funding has been posted in the City's PD&CS committee agenda: https://pub-saskatoon.escribemeeting...ab=attachments

In total, 18 projects and 492 units of affordable housing will be funded. Exciting times!

There are a few interesting site addresses in the list...I tried finding project information and renders on some of the sites that I haven't seen mentioned in this thread to no avail. Here are my top projects from the list:

1202 & 1204 College Drive - 65 units (!) - 14North Construction Ltd.

201 & 203 Avenue E North - 15 units - CFN Construction Ltd.
411, 413 & 415 18th Street West - 15 units - CFN Construction Ltd.

106, 108 & 110 - 110th Street West - 56 units - Vox Developments

Great scoop! Some interesting sites for multi-unit infill buildings (streetview links below). I imagine that these projects will also likely be benefitting from the removal of parking minimums.

Great find! Caswell Bus Barns is a perfect fit for HAF!
The report mentioned 18 Projects and 492 units for 2024. These are considered 5 projects? Does anyone have remaining locations?
