Badenweiler is municipality and resort/spa town in the district of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald. The municipality is located at the western edge of the Black Forest just 10 km east of the French border, and 20 km from the French city of Mulhouse. It's also located very close to Germany's border with Switzerland, and is only 28 km from Basel, Switzerland's third largest city.
