Yantai, also known as Gangcheng, is a prefecture level city in Shandong Province. It is located in the northeast of the Shandong Peninsula, at longitude 119.34-121.57E and latitude 36.16 -38.23N. To the east are Weihai; To the west are Weifang and Qingdao; Adjacent to the Yellow Sea to the south; It borders the Bohai Sea to the north. Yantai faces the Liaodong Peninsula and Dalian across the sea. The total area of the city is 13864.5 square kilometers.
