Development: Grupo Financiero Confinanzas (David Brillembourg) /Banco Metropolitano
Archittects: Enrique Gómez Arquitectos Asociados / Jorge Landi.
Engineering: Brewer Ingenieros S.C.

Complex with 6 buildings, "Torre A" with 45 stories for offices, "Torre B" for apart-hotel, "Edificio K", "Edificio Z" for offices & a building for parking garage with 14 stories.
Intended to be the third-highest office building in Venezuela, became to "on hold" after the owner died in 1993 and his business the financial consortium Confinanzas failed on 1994. Unfinished and unoccupied by years was illegally taken by homeless families since 2007 who transformate to a vertical slum until the Government force to disoccupied it on 2014-2015, receive several damages on the highest levels by earthquake of august of 2018 and still abandoned.
