At the beginning of the development the project receive the name of Torre Axis with the Architecture of Michael Rojkind who gives to the project a relevant design, the demolition of the previous buiding and foundation works starts quickly, at the middle of 2009 the foundations and the most of the underground levels was finished but the economic crisis makes to stop the project, on november of 2010 a new developer acquire the project and re-start the construction works on june of 2011 but some modifications on the design makes to modify the foundations with 45 extra piles with 64 meters deep for a new total of 80 piles, the project increase the heights from 162 to 170 meters, will have rain recovering system on facades to serve to a water treatment plant, underground air systems, for a decrease at 40 percent the comsuption of water.
