Architect: William F. Pereira

-Tallest building in Los Angeles from 1969-1971 surpassed by the Arco Towers. It beat the City Hll in 1969.

-Appeared in the 2004 movie "The Day After Tomorrow" the building was placed many times in the New York Skyline.
