The project start with the developer Gicsa and Includes Towers 6 & 7 of the complex City Santa Fe etapa III but was cancelled on 2010, that first development was redesigned on 2006, 2008 & 2010, the project receives on 2008 the -Chicago Athenaeum- American Architecture Award and was designed as the tallest element of the complex CSF, the next design by SOM contemplates two towers of 31 floors (136 meters)& 41 floors (176 meters) but the project was cancelled, with a new developer only one tower is preserved for the project. The final project was resized and only includes one tower with the design of Skidmore Owens & Merrill and finally design of Varabyeu Partners. Topped out on april of 2016.
