Description Architect - Austin Parkinson and Martin
Was Los Angeles tallest building for 41 years - 1927 to 1968 when the Union Bank Plaza was completed.
The tower has an observation room on the 27th floor.
The Los Angeles City Hall was renovated in 1998 and fineshed in 2001, because of this the building can survive in major quakes.
