The project start as a Business offices & Residential Suites but at the early of 2010 the building receive their transformation to Hotel with an investment of 35 million USD by the Intercontinental Hotels who opened with 111 rooms the 1st of may of 2012.
Receive on 2011 the Design Award from the Precast Concrete Institute for Best Hotel.
