This was the first new high-rise residential project in Downtown Los Angeles in over 20 years.
South will include three towers, Elleven: 13 stories high, completed in 2004, Luma: 19 stories high opened in 2007, and Evo: 24 stories high, completed in 2008.
The Elleven broke ground on September 30, 2004.
