Architect: Francisco J. Serrano
Construction works started in 1946 but constant legal interruptions, construction permits and disagreements between the owners, delayed the construction many years, still unused and unfinished until 1959 when was permanently cancelled, in 1976 changed ownership and open as Cine Plaza. Damaged by 1985's earthquakes was Renovated and reinforced at the middle of the 90's but also damaged by 2017's earthquake, was quickly repaired again but some parts still with damages, finally closed and demolished in 2023.
