Description Concrete structure built on the 70's, originally covered with brown glass was occupied by the SPP(Secretaria de Programacion y Presupuesto), on the earthquakes of 1985 receive damages and was attempted to be reinforced a couple years later, the works was stopped when more than the half of levels was reinforced and the structure still unused and unfinished, Now still built but unusuable
