Description
Architect: Enrique Carral / Victor Ballardo / Hector Meza
Developers: Manuel, Antonio & Carlos Santacruz (MaAnCar)
Designed as a mixed use complex with Restaurant, Retail area, Cinema & Offices, after 1985´s earthquakes became to partially unused, on the early 90's was renovated but still as partially unused, since 2010 a sign "under renovation" maintains all the complex closed.
On early days of 2013 Pulso Inmobiliario announces the project of a new Torre Manacar who replaces the current buildings, the demolition works begun on february of 2013.
