This design was proposed to be built on the site behind the Hotel Georgia which was a four level parking garage at the time. Although the tower was to be on Howe St. it retained the Georgia St. address of the Hotel Georgia.
The design featured a swimming pool with a partial glass floor, and one end of the pool cantilevered out over top of the older hotel building.
A crane was to be used to excavate the site, since the hole would need to be quite deep.
