Description
Architect: WZMH Architects - wzmh.com

Developers:
• Markborough Properties

Construction started in 1990 but then halted. The foundation, underground garage, and several levels of elevator shaft above ground level were built. This was to be the second tallest building in Toronto, having a spire which put it's height between that of Scotia Plaza and First Canadian Place.
