Description
Bank of China Building is a famous ghost building in Shenzhen.
It is said that old locals know that various supernatural events often occur here.
For example, the elevator will automatically stop when it reaches the 21st floor,
regardless of whether you press it or not, and you don't see anyone coming up after stopping.
As a result of these haunted rumors, the vacancy rate of the Bank of China Tower was as high as 70% in the early stage,
which can be said to have had a huge impact on the occupancy rate of the building.
Later, it was promoted with new packaging, and some government departments moved in,
and now the Bank of China Tower has returned to its normal state.
