Description
Architects:
• Eugenio Vautier
• Arístides D’Agostino

• The tower was designed with the idea of being the maximum symbol of Buenos Aires City, equivalent to the Statue of Liberty in New York City, since it would be located in front of the river and would be the first thing that would be observed when arriving in the city.

• Among other things, it would have had an aquarium, an astronomical observatory and a radiotelegraph station

• If it had been built, it would have been one of the 5 tallest skyscrapers in the world and the tallest outside the United States.
