Almost the same, but reinforced structure of Torre Plaza Villa de Madrid, http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=31602, which was damaged by 1985's earthquakes and stood mostly unused until the 90's.
It was partially demolished, reinforced, and reopened on the early days of 2017 with only 13 stories high and renamed as Torre Cibeles http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=120960.
The earthquake of september of that year forced the new owner & developer Newmark Knight Frank to close it again, to reinforcered and rebuilt it again. The new building has 18 floors with a different facade and distribution.
