Description
This part of the complex is directly opposite the main tower across the central courtyard (to the east). It is strongly rectangular in plan (between third & fourth avenues) and another of the four 6 storey units.
This building flanks the main tower to the north and is the largest of the four 6 storey buildings. It is L-shaped and features a skywalk to the main tower over Fourth Avenue.
