The project starts in 2014 with the construction of the phase I who includes a 5 underground levels of parking garage an a bus terminal, phase II will include a Hotel, Offices, Mall and other utilities. The approved project of 2016 increases the tall from 40 floors to 50 and the underground levels from 5 to 7
On december of 2018 was cancelled.
