• This building stands on the site where the Politeama Theater was located.
The original theater was inaugurated in 1879, but the building that was located here was built in 1936, in an art deco style, and demolished in 1958. Since then, several projects were presented, but none of them were carried out and the land remained abandoned until the beginning of the current project, in 2017.
The new Politeama has 705 seats and is run by Juan José Campanella's production company.
